How does everyone feel about the geek chic fashion thingy? Icons of geekiness/nerdiness (eg. glasses; interest in sci-fi) as attractive/cool, and used in fashion?

Are they posers? Are they real geeks? Or is it part and part?

((Am I asking to many questions? Do I have too much time on my hands? Are you a dog person or a cat person?))

...I sat at my computer, checking every few minutes for YWS.

See, my usual order is to check gmail, check LJ, and then check YWS.

I still check for YWS after LJ. Always.

It sort of made me crazy... ask people with whom I was online.

So, when Dusky agreed to let us use TSR again, I jumped at the chance. Now I'm slightly better, although still a bit neurotic everytime I go to check YWS...

Dialogue Challenge #2

Write a dialogue that reveals either the backstory of a character's life or the history behind a specific event or object of significance. No dialogue tags, narrative or internal thoughts in this challenge.

If you have any questions, post here. And Nuances of Natural Dialogue is an open group, so anyone can join when YWS comes back up.
