erm, what if someone's gone for a week. I was last week, so that means if i were to do it again, upon my return it would be useless and i'd miss an entire week of interesting things. please, reconsider, or at least extend it to, say... clear it every month or something.

The why can be answered quite simply... This is one of those drastic measures that I said I didn't want to put into practice that I told you about in the thread "Calculations".

But haven't we been doing better?
(we're gonna have to make good use of the StarryBlueSky Randomness then... *tear*)

You won't be deleting the one-word storybook, will you?! That's just not right...

Why is there a need for drastic measures though? The number of posts in the literary forums has increased by at least a few, everyone is bein' more active. I don't even visit randomness anymore.

Well, the idea is that because it is random, it doesn't really matter.

It does destroy any threads that have some continuation. But that's probably a good idea, since nobody will be bothered starting them up again if they're just going to be deleted the next week. Good idea Dusky

Doing that; I see no point in having a randomness section.

Doing that; I see no point in having a randomness section. Well, that's one way of looking at it. We'll see how many agree with you.
